We will set aside Practice(s) for stroke timing. We will not be accepting USA swim times. We will need to time each swimmer at practice

For all Tuesday Practices the times will broken up into the following age groups:
8 and under - 6-7pm
9 and 10 Yo - 7-8pm
11 and over - 8-9pm

9 and 10 Yo – 7:20-8:10pm
11 and over – 8:10-9pm
